Question: Why the app crashed after update?

Answer: Occasionally the previous version might not been completely removed and may interfere with the latest version. A clean install usually solves the problem. To completely remove the previous version and install the latest version:

1) Tap and hold down the icon of the application you want to delete. After a few seconds your screen will start to “wiggle” and an X will appear next to each of the apps you’ve installed via the App Store.

2) Tap the app you want to delete. Press Home button and all icons will stop wiggling.

3) Go to App store and download the latest version. App store has you purchase record and should not charge you again.

Question: Why there is no package insert for a drug?

Answer: FDA only made package inserts in PDF format for recent approvals. We have collected links for approximately 5,000 unique package inserts which cover majority of prescription drugs. We will keep adding package inserts into our collections and providing them as free updates.

Question: Why there is no picture of drugs?

Answer: Shape, size and color of drug pills are not part of FDA regulations.
